After your account is set up and we've approved the invoices, we can provide next-day funding. The initial account setup and underwriting process can take 1-2 weeks.

The process is simple. First, you set up an account with us. Then, you submit a portfolio of invoices and supporting documents for us to review. We underwrite the cases, and once approved, we provide next-day funding. We then get paid back once the claims settle.

To help us process your invoices faster, you'll need to submit several documents. This includes the insured's policy, a signed work authorization with a direction to pay, photos of the damage and work progress, the invoice, and a line-item estimate showing details of the service provided. For water mitigation, we'll also need a dry log, and for mold tests, we'll need the mold test report. 

Yes, we have a list of insurers we do not accept. This includes American Security Insurance Company, Integron National Insurance Company, Praetorian Insurance Company, and People's Trust Insurance Company, as well as any forced lender placement policies or any insurer in FIGA.

Our funding is non-recourse, which means you are not personally responsible for repaying the money we advance you. We are paid directly by the insurance company when the claim settles, so you don't have to worry about paying us back yourself.
